Every business
has unique cash flow situations. At Netware Logic we accommodate
your unique situation through financing and payment arrangements
tailored to your specific requirements. We will agree on the most
appropriate pricing model to balance the risk and reward of each
project. Our financing options include:
Time and
materials (T&M) pricing model may be successfully used for large
scale projects, typically greater than 2 man-months of development
time, or for projects where changes are accommodated on a daily
basis. In a T&M pricing model, nearly all of the risk lies with
the client. That is why we offer the lowest possible pricing with
T&M model, currently established at US$ 32 (EUR 27) per hour.
Fixed price
contracting (FPC) brings the best results to projects with clearly
defined functionality. FPC allows the clients to manage their
budgets better but often limits the ability to add great amounts
of unforeseen functionality not originally identified at the
beginning of the project. It means that FPC pricing model may be
successfully used for smaller tasks, when all the features may be
easily defined and estimated. In this model, nearly all of the
risk lies with the development firm as opposed to the client, and
our FPC prices are based on a US$ 40/man-hour (EUR 34/man-hour),
which is a little higher than with T&M model.
At the core of
our development applications is our understanding that you demand
the most functionality for your money. We are dedicated to
providing you with the greatest value for a price affordable for
any business. To deliver on this promise, Netware Logic
compliments newly written application code with pre-made code from
our extensive library. That usually results in substantial savings
for you, sometimes for dozens of thousands dollars.
Payments
We accept wire
transfer, PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card,
AmEx, Discover), whatever is more convenient for you.
All Fixed Price
contracts below $5000 we charge 50% upfront, and 50% upon
completion of development. Larger Fixed Price contracts require
lower dawn payment, which may be agreed during the initial
consultations. In this case we break the project into several
milestones, and charge you an agreed amount upon completion of
each milestone.
With Time &
Materials contracts we require a half-month prepaid, which is
based on an estimated amount of service to be rendered during the
first month. All further work is billed on the monthly basis,
based on actual amount of service rendered during the month.
Turnaround
We know, that
once you decided on creating a custom program for your business,
actually you need it yesterday. That is why we don't waste a
single day since you've come to us. We talk fast, we act fast, and
we deliver fast, all that because we want you to benefit from your
investment fast. Using our pre-made library of code and proven
development methods, we build custom software solutions faster
than you could imagine. Most of our applications are completed and
ready for use within 1-3 months. Moreover, during the development
we provide you with weekly status reports and with intermediary
releases of your program, once they become available, which occurs
every 2-3 weeks.
Communication
Since the first
contact you will communicate with your Project Manager and Team
Leader on a daily basis via email, instant messaging (ICQ, MSN)
and phone. We recommend you to monitor and control constantly the
progress and state of the development process. For that purpose we
will provide you with regular project progress reports and
intermediary releases of your program, and will hear to your
comments and suggestions. Tight communication allows our
development team to gather feedback on our work and make timely
adjustments to your project, ensuring that the final product meets
your needs exactly.
Confidential information
Netware Logic
completely agrees to hold all the information that we received
from you and that you consider confidential or proprietary in
strict confidence. We agree that all of the confidential
information remains the sole and exclusive property of you, and
neither Netware Logic nor its executives and employees may use it
for any purpose except for purposes of your project.
Warranty
We, at Netware
Logic, are proud to support the software programs that we develop.
Usually, we provide our clients 2 to 6 month warranty for our
programs, depending on their complexity. This period is normally
sufficient for fixing any identified problems, which is done
without additional charges. When you detect any abnormal behavior
of your program, you need simply contact us and describe the
problem. In just few days, we will locate and eliminate it, and
provide you an updated release of your application.
Ownership Rights
Upon receipt of
final payment Netware Logic assigns and transfers to the customer
all right to the results of its work, including software program
itself, source codes, compiled codes, database design,
documentation, and other materials. The assigned rights include
using and copying the program or its components, selling,
licensing or distributing the program, translating, adapting or
modifying the program, etc. The service and the resulting software
program is considered a work "made for hire". At the same time,
Netware Logic retains all rights in its components of the software
program, which Netware Logic have developed independently of the
project. In this case Netware Logic grants the customer a
non-exclusive right and license to use these components for the
purpose of using the software program.
